Project Executive


Do You Have What It Takes?

As a Project Executive, your job will be to support the day-to-day Operational Project team in the guest management and administrative elements for each incentive trip we deliver on behalf of our clients. You will be the lynchpin to ensure a successful event is delivered for group sizes ranging from 10-500+, working on pre-event, onsite and post-event elements to help ensure that we achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

Working within the Operations team and alongside our in-house Communications and Sales teams, you will be involved in every step of our guest experience and support the planning for each project. From developing the registration platform content, booking flights and producing creative to writing concise event collateral copy and everything in between – no two days will be the same.

You may also need to travel overseas to sample some of the destinations we offer to our clients.

  • Salary: £18-20,000 – subject to experience
  • Holiday: 25 days + birthday, UK bank holidays and 4 additional FAM days per annum

The Role:  

  • Support the Project Director/Manager with day-to-day project management of major clients across a wide variety of industries
  • Attend client meetings at the request of the Project Director/Manager
  • Assist with supplier management and liaison at the request of the Project Director/Manager
  • Heavily support and provide operational assistance throughout the event lifecycle, including but not limited to pre-event, onsite and post-event with the wider Account team
  • Occasional onsite support of live events (subject to scope/scale/requirement for the onsite delivery team)
  • General office support and administrative duties at the request of the team
  • Ability to build, create and manage an online dedicated registration platform to assist with attendee registration management. This platform will be used to pull data reports of which you will manipulate as per the request of the Project Director/Manager
  • Show a high level of personal and professional development and work with minimal supervision
  • Able to think outside the box, produce ideas and be part of an account brainstorm process as and when required
  • Continually strive to independently improve market/job-related skills

The Must Haves:

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail – handling guest data is a key function of this role as well as written work
  • Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise complex workloads to meet tight deadlines
  • Professional working style and the confidence to liaise with a Project Leads within the Operations team, clients and suppliers
  • A confident and persuasive communicator
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, team oriented with a collaborative style
  • Ability to understand guest experience with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Understanding of audiences, timelines and practicalities of operational delivery
  • Logistical and solutions based mindset

The Icing On The Cake:

  • An interest in event technology – building registration platforms/event apps to support the guest management process would be part of the role
  • A solid understanding of travel trends
  • Personal credibility and confidence to challenge and influence
  • Working knowledge of Cvent
